Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
United Power Washing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the information collected through this website and how we use and share it.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, town, requested service, and job details.
We and our service providers may also collect limited technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, referring page, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), and advertising click identifiers (such as fbclid or gclid). This website may use cookies and browser storage to keep that attribution connected to a quote request during your visit.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to quote requests, call or text about requested services, schedule and perform work, operate and secure the website, understand site usage, attribute leads, and measure and improve our advertising.
Consent and browser storage
On your first visit, we ask whether you want to allow analytics and advertising measurement. Until you accept, Google consent signals remain denied, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are not loaded, and quote requests are not sent to the Meta Conversions API. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or requesting a quote.
We store your choice in a first-party cookie and, when available, local storage for up to 180 days. This preference is necessary to remember your selection. Session storage may retain first-party landing-page and campaign details long enough to connect them to a quote request; it is not used to initialize Google or Meta after you decline.
Analytics and advertising
If you accept, this site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and completed quote requests, to count activations of the quote form's submission button (including attempts that are incomplete or unsuccessful), and to count clicks on call links (and text links if offered). Those browser events include operational details such as the page, internal form source, and selected service, but do not include names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, or the destination phone number. We may also send consented page-view and completed quote-request events to Meta from our server using the Meta Conversions API. Those server events are blocked when you decline or have not made a choice. A page-view event includes the page URL and limited technical identifiers, but no form contact details. A completed quote-request event may also include hashed contact information to help Meta match and deduplicate the event; the browser analytics events do not receive the contact details entered in the form.
Google and Meta process information under their own policies. You can learn more in Google's partner-sites notice and the Meta Privacy Policy.
How we share information
We share information with vendors that provide hosting, communications, lead delivery, analytics, and advertising services, and when required by law or needed to protect our rights. We do not sell the contact details from your quote request for money. Sharing online identifiers with advertising providers may be treated as "sharing," "selling," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws.
Your choices
Use the Privacy choices button on any page to review or change your selection. When you revoke a prior acceptance, we update Google's consent state, remove recognized Google and Meta first-party cookies where possible, and reload the page without initializing those providers. You can also restrict cookies or browser storage in your browser, use a content blocker, or manage advertising preferences through Google's My Ad Center and Meta's ad preferences. These choices may not stop all measurement. Where applicable, you may also ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with your quote request.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, business records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
